My father’s experience with TIDEWELL was wonderful! Their staff were compassionate and provided good communication – they were thorough on both the medical side of things and also understanding our family needs specifically in regards to my dad’s progression. We had a great time talking about him with his nurses, it felt like we had known them for years even though it’d been less than a few months since my dad joined their care program. They took extra steps to ensure that he received appropriate pain medicine so he could be comfortable during the last phase of his life, as well as giving us advice on how to keep him comfortable at home when needed. Overall I’m pleased with their quality of care and would recommend this hospice provider to anyone in need!
