Meridian Home Care provided the best possible care for my father during his final days at home with us. The hospice team was incredibly compassionate, communicative and thorough in their approach to his care; they followed up nearly every day to check on him and make sure he was comfortable while also providing updates to our family as to what measures were being taken in aiding his declining health.
