My family was referred to Community Hospice & Palliative Care® due to a sudden medical situation faced by my loved one. We found the caregivers from this organization extremely professional, caring, and understanding of our needs in this difficult time. The communication with the staff was clear and timely — they always kept us up-to-date on both the challenges and progress being made so that we knew what to expect at each step along the way. As for their quality of care, I feel it went above and beyond anything we could have asked for – compassionate yet highly competent people who endeavored to make us all feel as comfortable as possible during a very trying period in our lives.

As a physician providing services through Community Hospice & Palliative Care®, I can attest first hand how well trained the clinical staff is here – they exhibited impressive clinical knowledge while interacting with my patients and were always available when problems arose or questions were posed during moments of complex decision making tasks when precious time often feels like its slipping away quickly but important decisions must be made nonetheless. Moreover, their skillful navigations also extended into assisting families share values and beliefs; thereby providing comfort not only medically but emotionally as well which is an invaluable aspect of high quality palliative care!
