My father received hospice services from the Gilchrist Hospice Care team in his last few months and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their care and support. They provided expert medical attention, emotional support for my family, and superior communication along every step of the way. The entire staff was patient, kind, and understanding as we worked through each stage of my Dad’s illness — all while making sure he had whatever he needed to keep comfortable throughout his treatment journey. We are very grateful to have had such an excellent team provide us with everything we needed at this difficult time

As a doctor who referred one of my patients to Gilchrist Hospice Care when they were nearing end-of-life care, I cannot say enough positive things about their level of expertise and compassion that they provided during an incredibly difficult situation for our patient’s family. Our experience working directly with them was professional yet empathetic in helping organize aspects like medication management; telephone conferences discussing palliative comfort measures; consistent communication between myself, caregivers & families regarding any changes or condition updates; prompt response times to questions & concerns; general ongoing effective coordination & facilitation of all medial decisions within the various hospices involved — all elements that showed me how dedicated their team is to providing quality care!
