My mom has been a patient of Community Home Care & Hospice for over 18 months and we have had nothing but positive experiences with them. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. Throughout the difficult process, they were attentive to our needs and kept us informed every step of the way. They communicated clearly, answered all questions that we had and overall provided us with excellent end-of-life care and support. Highly recommend!

As a doctor caring for an elderly patient nearing life’s end I felt confident in having referred her to Community Home Care & Hospice because of their years of expertise in hospice treatments and therapies tailored to each individual’s physical as well as mental health choices/needs/wishes for themselves or family members in those trying times . Communication was outstanding from the Medical caregivers assigned to my patient , through various administrative personnel often needed at those emotional times …would highly recommend this company
