My father took comfort in the excellent care that he received from HCR ManorCare while receiving hospice services. The hospice staff provided us with support and guidance throughout our difficult time and communicated effectively with my dad’s doctor to ensure his medical needs were met at all times. They treated him, as well as our family, showed understanding, compassion and respect which made an otherwise painful experience more bearable.

My husband was a patient of HCR ManorCare for end-of-life care services, and I cannot express how much they improved his quality of life during his final days on earth. Everyone associated with the center provided us with complete support emotionally – from the receptionist upon entry to the doctors and nurses caring for him every day – helping us understand what was happening and guiding us through this hard process step by step with professionalism, knowledge and deep empathy for our situation

HCR ManorCare helped me navigate some very challenging decisions regarding my grandmother’s end-of-life wishes in a very thoughtful manner . We felt confident in their level of skill after seeing how dedicated they were to her comfort always beyond expectations — going above efforts to make sure she felt loved even when we couldn’t be there ourselves due tot he pandemic restrictions put in place at the time . Their accommodating approach toward family members who wanted different things allowed all sides to have peace agreemnet over her last wishes varying timeline schedules etc
