My dad passed away recently and I just wanted to express my thanks for the quality care he received from Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region. Everyone was patient and supportive, taking the time to answer all of our questions and make us feel comfortable throughout this difficult transition period. The nurses were especially kind, knowledgeable about their craft and great communicators–really going above-and-beyond to ensure we had a clear understanding of what my father’s condition was at each stage of his treatment plan. We are very grateful for having such exceptional care during this trying time!
