As a physician working with hospice patients I have worked quite closely with Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care over the years and can happily say they always provide excellent service: communication is intelligent and timely, managing difficult conversations competently, expediting paperwork efficiently among other things; the knowledge level displayed by each role is outstanding; additionally – what has set them apart more than anything – their empathy towards families in an emotional time has won their praises numerous times among myself personally included!
