The Visiting Nurse Service of New York Hospice provided my family and I with top-notch care during a difficult time. The nurses were always open to communication and worked hard to understand both the patient’s needs as well as our own – they made us feel like we could be involved in decisions that affected the well being of our loved one. Their services were gentle, compassionate, and full of personalized attention: never feeling like just another number on a chart.
